Sometime between the squash and green beans, Josiah had carrots and he had no problems with it. So the squash was pretty much the same way... a non-eventful new food that he totally consumed. At this point, we think he'll eat anything. He is a great little eater! I wonder how he'll do with fruits. Here he is with the squash...

I love how Josiah opens his mouth so big to eat. This boy loves his food!
