This was definitely the highlight of our trip. All the pics are courtesy of Uncle Jimmy since we didn't want to take the expensive camera and leave it lying around while we were in the water. They boys LOVED it there and had a great time!
Just hanging out before we left for the waterpark...
The water was FRIGID!!! But he boys could care less (even as their lips were purple) and had a blast playing with the basketballs and trying to shoot hoops.
Josiah was a ball-hogger and kept trying to hold two balls at the same time...
Josiah's first water slide! He was a little apprehensive at first, but after going down several times, he learned to like it (except when he kept bumping his head b/c he kept turning down the slide).
William also loved being able to go down the slide at the same time with Josiah.
Josiah wasn't able to take a nap while we were there, so he totally konked out towards the end of the day. My mom took him to sit down for a little break and said he kept nodding off as soon as he sat down. So she quickly wrapped him in the towel and he was out. Little man was totally pooped. He was not a happy camper when we had to wake him up to go home.
This pic is so Asian to me for some reason... the typical family pic in front of the point of interest. =)
One thing that we didn't get pics of was William going on some water rides. Some of them were pretty crazy, but surprisingly, he never freaked out or cried. He was always fair game and was willing to try, as long as he didn't have to go by himself. There were some he didn't want to go back on, but there was one in particular that he wanted to ride over and over again. It was great to see him conquering his fears and learning to have fun with the water rides. This was definitely the highlight of our trip for him. Forget the trains! He'd take going to Great Wolf Lodge instead anyday. =)
