the davidson care group

By the grace of God, Bill and I led our first care group meeting last night with some wonderful couples. We actually multiplied from our last care group and took half of the group. So we have the pleasure of meeting together and "doing life" (a phrase our pastor Shef likes to use) =) with the Cooleys, Farrs, and Kinsingers. Here are some fun facts we found...

- Amy liked camping when growing up.

- Bill has quite the extensive step-family.

- Kelly hates camping.

- Josh is related to THE Johnny Appleseed (by adoption).

- Megan is a quarter Italian (and proud of it!).

- Jonathan's family was one of the original families to start CLC.

- Maria's mom is from Sweden.

and last, but not least...

- Chris' parents were... Well, you'll have to ask him, but there's nothing genetically wrong with that, btw. =)

With lots of help from God, Bill and I are excited to grow together in the Lord with these folks! Here they are... (We would liked to have shown pics from the actual first meeting, but forgot to take pictures.)
