Seeing how the Lord provided some beautiful weather, William and I went for a walk around the lake near our house. It was the first time he actually walked during our walk. I tell ya, it was incredibly exciting watching him walk outside on his own. He did really well, but was trying to exert his independence by refusing to hold my hand. We'll have to work on that. =) But here are some highlights...

you are such a good momma, amy! great idea to get his walk on film! : ) i loved the video - the diff between boys and girls stuck out to me. if lexi gets a speck of dirt on her or falls while outside - it is seemingly the end of the world. :) she is sooo girly, while william is not even fazed. : )
kelly, it's funny you should mention that. usually william will examine his hands with great detail when he gets anything on them, since i'm ocd about keeping them (and him) clean. but yes, when he falls, he gets right back up so he can keep going. =) he's pleasantly persistent in that way.
