Josiah's first word is "ah-pla" for airplane! Whether we're inside or outside, Josiah always seems to hear when the planes fly by. He just stops what he's doing and sits still, sometimes pointing up to the sky. If we're outside, he'll look for the plane. I've only heard him say "ah-pla" on occasion, but Bill and my mom have heard him say it more often. It is very exciting to see the beginnings of his language development. Yay, Josiah!!

first word!
